Using Crystal Healing Therapy I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, fears or phobias, chronic pain; to improve their lives, to change their perspective on the triggers of those emotional, physical and/or mental conditions and overcome the limitations imposed by them.
In doing so, my clients are taking back control of their lives, become calmer and more assertive, more confident in themselves, more focussed and balanced, more relaxed and openminded, living a more joyful and fulfilled life.
Integrative Balance is a therapy model which combines the healing properties of the crystals with the benefits of trance, to bring the mind, soul and body together into a harmonic and balanced lifestyle.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience and as such, our thoughts, and emotions although universal, remain unique. Integrative Balance, as the name may suggest, was created in the spirit of unifying and integrating several disciplines under the same umbrella, developing a model that might be able to serve the purpose or the approach of a holistic healing for a balanced lifestyle.
It is by no means the one size shoe fitting all the feet walking upon our beautiful planet. It is a roadmap, tracing paths that you may wish to take.

We look at the world around us and no two perceptions will be the same. Imagine you hold a pair of binoculars in your hands and you are looking through the smaller lenses. Whatever you are looking at will appear in front of your eyes bigger, closer and more threatening than it actually is.
Now imagine… you turn your binoculars around and look at your environment through the larger lenses. Everything now appears, smaller, farther away and maybe somehow unreachable, than they actually are. None of the above views is actually real. They show you the potential, something that “could be”.
My goal is to assist you in remembering your power and step into it. Our daily lives can be hectic at times, to say the least, and we may feel isolated, alone in our suffering and struggles. This is far from the truth, as we are all connected to each other, to our environment and to our beloved planet.
We just need to remember a simple truth: that by changing the way we look at things, the things we look at will change – to paraphrase Wyne Dyer.
