Guided meditations with imagery are designed to stimulate our creative hemisphere of the brain – the right one – help us see the bigger picture and move towards achieving the desired goal.

They are usually based on images from natural habitats, such as mountains, oceans and their beaches, ancient woods and forests, meadows, etc, as nature is our anchor and support throughout our lives. We are most happy when we are outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of a sunrise amidst the rocking sound of the ocean waves, or in the woods, walking alongside joyfully running creeks. Nature is there, unconditionally loving, and supporting us, a refuge in times of need and sorrow, a permanent reminder of our strong roots and connections to one another and to Life.
